Employee Relations & HR Suppo rt: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, performance management, and employee relations matters Talent Acquisition & Developme nt: Support recruiting efforts, onboarding programs, workforce planning initiatives, performance reviews, and employee development programs HR Operations & Complian ce: Maintain HR records, administer policies and programs, support benefits and payroll-related activities, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Who are you?
