Job Description Job Summary & Responsibilities Position: Tables Games Dealer
Department: Table Games
Primary Responsibilities: • Provide guests with the highest level of customer service including greetingcustomers, making eye contact, and maintaining an engagingexpression
• Responsible for knowing all policies and procedures of thespecific game he/she is dealing
• Provides all pertinent information to theplayers regarding hand totals or winning numbers and calculates payable odds topay winning wagers.
• Verifies beginning and ending chip and money balancesand confirms supporting documentation.
• Monitors game and notifies supervisorof any disputes, problems, or concerns with patrons as well as concerns of thepatrons.
• Initiates each round of play by dealing the cards/tiles, offeringdice, spinning the ball, or following the requirements established for eachgame.
Secondary Responsibilities: • Maintains a clean, safe, andhazard free work environment within their area of responsibility.
• Recognizesinternally issued promotional coupons and handles accordingly.
• Exchangespaper currency for chips and receives fill and distributed credits with theproper notification.
• Observes all wagers placed and reports anythingsuspicious to the supervisor
• Complies with all regulatoryrequirements.
• Creates and ensures an exciting and fun filledenvironment.
Normal Working Hours: • Must be able to work any shift,any days, and available on holidays.
In order to be successful in this position, theideal candidate must meet the following criteria Past Work Experience Requirements: • Minimum one year experience in thehospitality industry.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: Certificate from an accredited gaming school orequivalent.
Skilled in minimum of one major games (Blackjack, Roulette,Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow Poker)
Must be able to obtain a state issued gaminglicense.
Educational Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Certificate from an accreditedgaming school or equivalent
Communication Skills Requirements: • Must be able toeffectively communicate with customers.

Other Requirements: • Must be able to obtain a stateissued gaming license.
• Must possess excellent customer service andcommunication skills.
