Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Shell Superintendent to oversee and manage field operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage jobs, coordinate schedules, and ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple jobs and oversee day-to-day field operations
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors
• Lead and participate in jobsite meetings
• Order materials and manage deliveries
• Schedule and coordinate equipment usage
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Maintain quality control across all phases of construction

Required Experience:

Concrete:

• Pile caps
• Grade beams
• Stem walls
• Pad footings
• Elevated cast-in-place decks
• Tie beams and columns

Masonry:

• Wall layout
• Masonry openings
• Wall heights
• Lintels
• Tie beams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in structural shell construction
• Proven experience in a Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry practices
• Ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple job sites
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• OSHA certification
