Job Description
The CSR Supervisor leads a small team of 1-5 customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality support and efficient operations within an e-commerce environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves overseeing daily activities, driving performance improvements, and facilitating effective communication across the team. The position typically operates during regular day shifts and emphasizes bilingual support in English and Spanish.
