Description Kingsky Flight Academy is currently hiring Certified Flight Instructors with an Instrument Instructor (CFII) certificate to join our growing flight training team. We are seeking motivated, safety-driven professionals who are passionate about aviation education and committed to developing highly competent instrument-rated pilots. The CFII plays a critical role in maintaining training quality, safety culture, and student success within Part 141 training environments. Benefits offered with this position: Medical, Dental and Vision (after 60 days of employment) Employee Discount Program Responsibilities Provide instrument flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations and Kingsky-approved syllabi. Conduct IFR training flights, simulator sessions, and ground lessons. Instruct students in: Instrument flight rules and procedures IFR navigation systems Enroute, terminal, and approach operations Holding procedures and instrument approaches Missed approaches and abnormal procedures Weather analysis, interpretation, and decision-making Evaluate student progress and ensure training objectives are met. Maintain accurate training records, endorsements, and logbook entries. Prepare and recommend students for stage checks and FAA practical tests. Provide timely feedback and structured learning plans. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Kingsky policies. Promote and support the Safety Management System (SMS). Report aircraft discrepancies, safety hazards, or training concerns immediately. Participate in instructor standardization and recurrent training. Professional Responsibilities Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and instructional consistency. Serve as a role model and mentor to students.
