Work Location Fort Liberty, NC Employment Type Full-Time, Senior-Level Department Administrative and Logistics Support Responsibilities Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, and interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness for Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and provide all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required. May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours. Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no‑notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Enforce requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts. Ensure quality control of products. Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight. Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data‑at‑rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements. Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle. Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required, with four (4) years at the operational level. Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
